Payment Policy

This policy explains how deposits, balances and travel are paid when you book Glam with Aaliya. All prices are in South African Rand.

Our pricing

Service prices exclude travel:

• Special Occasion glam R2 000, trial R1 350
• Bridal Pre-Wedding R3 000, trial R2 200
• Bridal R4 000, trial R2 800
• Children under 13 R500

Masterclass and private class fees are confirmed at the time of enquiry.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and hold your date. It must be paid within 48 hours of your invoice, or your date may be released to someone else. The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the client’s reason for cancellation. The only refund exception is if Aaliya cancels.

Balance

The remaining balance is due on the day of your service, before the session begins. Proof of payment is required. For group bookings, one person is responsible for the full payment on behalf of the group.

Travel and extras

• Mobile appointments are available for bridal parties or groups of three or more.
• Travel is limited to approximately one hour from Roodepoort and charged at R12 per kilometre, both ways.
• All trials take place at 39 The Avenue, The Gardens, Johannesburg, 2192.
• A R350 studio hire applies to studio trials, in place of a travel fee.
• Paid parking, where required, is covered by you or added to your invoice.
• Out-of-area or additional travel is charged to you.
• A 15-minute grace period applies. Thereafter, a late fee of R500 is charged for every additional 15 minutes.
• Touch-ups after the service is complete are charged separately.

Payment methods

Payments are made by the methods shown on your invoice or booking link. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
