We only collect what we need to serve you well:

- Your event details, date, type and service address
- Any photos, notes or inspiration you share for your booking
- Details you send us by Instagram, WhatsApp or email
When you pay by card, payment is handled by our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

- To confirm and manage your booking
- To prepare your look and plan travel
- To stay in touch about your appointment
- To take payment and keep basic records
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is needed to run the service, for example our payment provider when you pay. With your permission, Aaliya may share photos of your finished look on social media. Just tell us if you would prefer she did not, and we will keep your images private.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking details only as long as needed for our records and any legal or tax requirements, then remove them.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
