We want you to love your glam. This policy explains when refunds apply, and why the deposit is treated the way it is.
Deposits
Your 50% booking deposit is non-refundable. It secures your date and covers the time Aaliya sets aside exclusively for you, which is why it cannot be returned or transferred if you cancel or reschedule. The only refund exception is if Aaliya cancels.
Completed services
Once a makeup service is complete, meaning you have left the chair, it is not eligible for a refund. If anything is not quite right during your session, please tell Aaliya before you leave and she will gladly adjust it there and then.
Cancellations by you
Your deposit remains non-refundable regardless of the reason or notice given. A rescheduled booking is subject to availability and may require a new deposit.
If Aaliya cannot attend
In the rare event that Aaliya has to cancel your booking due to illness or an emergency, you will be offered the first available alternative date, or a full refund of everything you have paid, including your deposit. The choice is yours.
Classes and masterclasses
Class fees follow the same principle. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date unless Aaliya confirms an exception in writing.
