50% deposit
Your date is secured with a deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Non-refundable
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to attend, remain liable for the full booking amount, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. Exceptions may be considered, at my sole discretion, in the event of a genuine emergency.
48 hours' notice
Bookings need at least 48 hours' notice and can't be made or changed inside that window, so Aaliya can plan her day and travel.
Travel & timing
Travel is R12/km, charged both ways. A 15-minute grace period applies, thereafter a R500 late fee for every additional 15 minutes.
